Feature Request: Not displaying Custom Fields when entering a new bug

Hey guys, keep up with the work. Myzilla is a great tool.

Currently myzilla does not display the Custom Fields created on bugzilla on the New bug screen. On the Advanced Search and Change Columns features it works just fine.

Hy Guys

Really great tool. But if I activate the checkbox in "Change colums", the new colum of my custom field doesn't appear. As well not in the Advanced Search.

I do have Version 1.2.515

Great tool, BUT :) it would be perfect if it could display the custom fields...
